Jazzed up mashed potatoes, modified from the potato soup recipe
Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth
6-7 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup onion, minced
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
Instructions
Combine broth, potatoes, onion, spices
Boil on medium heat until potatoes are soft for mashing.
Drain the liquid
Add cream cheese and mash
