Chilies and cheese compliment any Mexican style soup

Ingredients
3 roasted chopped chilies (or 1 small can of chopped chilies)
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp yeast
Instructions
Put all ingredients in bread machine in that order.
For rolls, use the mix/rise setting. Take it out after it rises and separate into balls in a pan. Let rise in warm place with cloth over it. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
*Makes 1 1/2 lb loaf
