Creamy and delicious
Ingredients
Flour tortillas2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 red onion onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 1/2 jalapeno, finely chopped 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
Serve with Knorr's Spanish Rice and chopped avocado
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in beans and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes. Stir in cream cheese; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.
Spoon filling bean mixture into tortillas and top with chopped avocado. Add Spanish rice in tortilla or serve on the side.
